Privacy notice
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This notice explains what personal information the onclass app holds about you, why, who can see it, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
onclass is software that fitness studios use to run their memberships, schedules and payments. Each studio you belong to decides what it records about you as its member and is responsible for those records; onclass holds and processes them on the studio's behalf.
onclass is responsible for your sign-in account: the identity you use to reach every studio you belong to.
What we hold
Account details: your name, email address, phone number and profile photo, and your language and notification preferences.
Studio records: your membership and plan, bookings, waitlist places, attendance and check-ins, messages the studio sends you, and the class ratings you give.
Health and consent: the health declarations and waivers you sign for a studio, and notes the studio's staff record about you, which can include health information you share with them.
Training: workouts, sets and readiness check-ins that you or your coach log.
Payments: what you paid, when, and its status. onclass does not store card numbers; the studio's payment provider processes card payments.
Devices: the sessions you are signed in on (device type, browser and approximate location), and the token that lets us send push notifications to your phone.
How it is used
To run your membership with each studio: show you the schedule, hold your bookings, check you in, track your plan and payments, and send you the notifications you have turned on.
To keep the service secure, to fix problems, and to meet legal obligations. onclass does not sell your information and does not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Staff at each studio you belong to see that studio's records about you. One studio cannot see another studio's records.
onclass uses a small number of service providers to run the app: Clerk for sign-in, Neon for the database, Vercel for hosting, Apple and Google for push notifications, and the payment and invoicing providers your studio chooses. They process information only to provide their service to onclass or to the studio.
Where it is stored
These providers may store and process information on servers outside Israel, under contractual protections.
How long it is kept
Your account stays until you delete it. Some studio records outlive your account because the studio must keep them: payment and invoice records for as long as tax law requires, and signed waivers and health declarations as evidence of your consent. Other information is deleted or detached from you when you delete your account.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information held about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can correct most account details yourself under Account → Personal details. For a studio's records, the studio is the first place to ask; onclass will help the studio answer.
Deleting your account
To delete your onclass account, email contact@onclass.app from the address you sign in with and ask for deletion. We will confirm and complete it.
Deleting your account signs you out, ends your memberships at every studio and removes your contact details. Records a studio must keep, described above, are retained without your contact details.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and every studio's data is kept separate from every other studio's.
Changes to this notice
