These terms cover your use of the onclass app. Your studio's own terms cover your membership with that studio.
What onclass is
onclass is an app that fitness studios use to offer their classes, memberships and payments to members. The studio, not onclass, provides the classes and sells the memberships.
Your account
You need an account to use the app, and you usually join through an invitation from a studio. Keep the email you sign in with secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell the studio or onclass if you think someone else has used it.
Your studio
Prices, plans, cancellation and freeze rules, refunds and class policies are set by each studio and are part of your agreement with that studio. You can read the terms and policies a studio publishes in the app under More → Legal. Payments you make go to the studio.
Health and safety
Exercise carries risk. Answer health declarations honestly, follow the instructions of the studio's staff, and do not train when it is unsafe for you. onclass does not give medical advice.
Using the app fairly
Do not misuse the app: do not try to reach other people's information, interfere with how it works, or use it to break the law. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. Changes to the schedule and to bookings are made by the studio.
Responsibility
The studio is responsible for the classes and services it provides. To the extent the law allows, onclass is not responsible for losses caused by a studio's services or by the app being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
